Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Training Specialist for a local utility company! Must have a Bachelor's degree to be considered for this hybrid, one year contract role. • 5 years of experience with advanced skills in eLearning design and development • Intermediate to advanced skills developing and editing video using company provided software and equipment • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually on projects
salary: $49 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
• Develop training material using ADDIE and/or SAM methodology and ensure proper revisions, updates, and consistent storage of material
• Collaborate with multiple team members to ensure alignment and consistent methodologies for training development
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand process, identify skill set gaps, and work with them on ideas for mitigation plans
• Project Management responsibilities related to meeting with internal clients, managing and tracking ADDIE process, deployment plans, and overall training requirements for a project
• 5 years of experience with advanced skills in eLearning design and development
• Ability to present creative solutions and understand how to orient tasks to create efficient work flow within the parameters established by the Learning Development designs/templates.
