Randstad is currently recruiting for a Product Returns Specialist for a major manufacturing company located in Boxborough, MA. The preferred candidates will have over 3 years experience in an administrative manufacturing environment. The position will have direct communication with customers (internal and external) regarding product returns quality and should have superior communication skills and the ability to work in fast paced environment. Self-motivation is a key.
salary: $26 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School
Responsibilities

• Perform all duties required to process Service returns, RMA materials, disposition credit requests from customers and contact customers for follow up on a timely basis.
• Communication with Customers via phone, email, fax etc.
• Review and receive in, all incoming returns for credit and or service returns.
• Resolve customer concerns and questions when applicable.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding Service requests for pricing, delivery and order status.
• Work with Service Techs to get customer returns feedback
• Review Service return orders for accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.
