Managing requisitions in various areas of Allied Health.
Telephonic, electronic communication with hiring managers, directors.
Screen qualified candidates, schedule interviews, follow-up on candidates.
Salary calculation, initiate reference checks, offers, counteroffers, knowing salary parameters and protocol.
Get candidate started on on-boarding process.
