EHS - Facilities and Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

As the Facilities and Safety Manager, you will help with:

• Developing, influencing, managing and promoting a positive and sustainable safety culture.  
• Reviewing current systems to ensure our teams are equipped to work safely while being fully compliant with regulatory requirements. 
• Ensuring safety records are updated and managed promptly. 
• Investigating employee complaints and suggestions. 
• Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation. 
• Acting as a point of contact for staff and management at a site level. 
• Working closely with the Operations team to understand site issues and risks and provide recommendations to improve.
