job summary:
Project Coordinator hybrid work remote role with a client located in the downtown Atlanta, GA area. This position will work closely with the client's Real Estate Services and Strategy team providing support for all of the Land department's workstreams to include but not limited to procedural compliance, proper records management and proper approvals.

salary: $25 - 32 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: No Degree Required
responsibilities:
- Ensuring procedural compliance, proper records management and proper approvals
- Providing support for Land projects including but not limited to shipping, payment arrangements, check processing and routing of documents
- Creating, managing and monitoring purchase orders to ensure timely vendor payments
- Processing vendor and contractor invoices for all Land functions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience using technical applications, databases and programs
- Knowledge of financial programs such as Oracle, Maximo or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Ability to write reports, executive summaries, prepare and make presentations
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
