- Identifies, diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and software

responsibilities:

Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others

- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution

- Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices

- Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

- Exchanges basic information, asks questions and checks for understanding

- Upkeep of the configuration area infrastructure which consists of the cabling/wiring (low voltage; networking/USB), bench assembly, labeling.

- Installing new equipment such as KVMs, Monitors, Computers at the bench.

- Must be handy with basic hand/power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, measuring tapes, etc.

- No technical knowledge needed, but certainly a plus to have a computer background

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
