We are now seeking a Business Office Coordinator to join our team at Randall Residence of Decatur!
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
The Business Office Coordinator (BoC) has the responsibility to make positive impressions through all of their interactions via phone, in person, or through email communications. As the Business Office Coordinator, relationships are key to providing remarkable service to the residents, families, and staff. They must also ensure that all of the books and records for the business are maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and will be tasked with a number of financial and human resource functions, including but not limited to: payables, accounts receivable, payroll, onboarding of new-hires, training, etc.
