We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently so we can target our audience through successful channels – ensuring everyone in every walk of life receives the HOPE we’re on a mission to provide!

How You'll Make an Impact: 

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for figuring out why some marketing campaigns work and others don’t. What channels work, what channels do not. Based on the data collected from different sources, you will make recommendations and explain to stakeholders how it will affect revenue or cost-effectiveness for their channel and/or department. You’ll also tell them about opportunities in the market. The reports that you will create will identify areas of growth, create branding strategies based on research patterns they have identified through their studies. The reports will also develop client acquisition methods, such as an inefficient place within a funnel where there could be more conversions happening than before.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
• Measure return on investments of online and offline advertising campaigns
• Report on marketing KPIs, like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Track email campaign metrics, like delivery, open, and click-through rates
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
• Recommend website and campaign optimizations
• Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects, like automation software and social media scheduling
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition

Skills Needed to Win:

• Previous work experience as a marketing analyst or in a similar role
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Experience with PowerBI or Data Studio
• Two-plus years of experience understanding data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage projects from beginning to end
• In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
• Experience with PPC campaigns
