Ramp is Hiring a Remote Product Manager | Growth Acquisition

About the Role

As a product leader in Ramp’s growth function, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for Ramp by focusing on how we can effectively convert leads into successful customers using technology. You will be defining and evolving our end-to-end growth product vision, strategy and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products for our customers. We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, develop a deep understanding of our customers, be scrappy, and move key metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the self-service and sales-led user journeys of our new customer acquisition funnel, partnering with engineering and design to drive better user experiences and higher conversion
  • Combine business and product/technical acumen to build customer-facing (e.g. better application user flows) and internal products (e.g. sales automation) to drive business value
  • Leverage data and user research to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings
  • Work cross functionally with sales, business operations, lifecycle marketing and more to improve the user experience - from the moment a prospect starts an application to when they become a Ramp customer
  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function at various stages of our growth

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years product management experience
  • Experience building technical products from ideation to launch
  • Deep understanding and passion for innovative growth strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers towards a common goal
  • Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization tradeoffs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with a modern marketing & analytics tech stack

  • Experience working as a growth product manager
  • Experience running data analysis / using BI tools / running experiments
  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
