Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the manufacturing sector and demonstrate a proven track record in managing international financial activities. The CFO will ensure the company's financial stability, drive financial performance, and support the organization’s strategic objectives through sound financial planning and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare comprehensive financial reports for the executive team and board of directors.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities to optimize profitability.

3. International Financial Management:

• Oversee financial operations across various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Manage foreign exchange, international taxation, and transfer pricing strategies.
• Coordinate and consolidate financial reporting for international subsidiaries.

4. Operational Efficiency and Control:

• Implement and maintain effective financial systems and controls to safeguard company assets.
• Streamline accounting operations and enhance financial processes for improved efficiency.
• Optimize working capital management and cash flow to support operational needs.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards across all jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures.
• Oversee internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors.

6. Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
• Promote collaboration and coordination across departments to achieve financial and operational goals.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance, strategy, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company at financial and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial management role.
• International Experience: Demonstrated experience managing international financial operations, with a strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulations.
