This position will be remote but will require travel to sites within the Midwest. Mostly within Wisconsin and Illinois. Offers for this position are contingent upon a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and employment and education verification.

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our Telecommunications team! Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Serves as primary agent for an individual Telecom site including feasibility, candidate review and submittals, leasing, permitting and land use processing
• Coordinates property title orders
• Negotiates end to end easement and lease terms to fully executed
• Prepare zoning and permitting applications
• Attend zoning hearings when required
• Review zoning or permit drawings for compliance with the municipality and/or jurisdictions requirements
• Coordination with Permitting Agencies and Engineering to review, analyze and address any permit comments received
• Tracking approval of permitting applications
• Processing check requests for permitting application fees
• Provide daily status updates to Project Manager regarding project feasibility and status
• Finalizes all leasing and zoning documentation imposed by local jurisdictions and state requirements
• Completes Lease and Zoning Audit Reviews for site modification projects

Position Requirements:
