This candidate should live within commuting distance from Madison, WI, but can work partially from home. This position can be partially remote or on-site in either Madison, WI or Sauk City, WI. Candidate must live within commuting distance of Madison, WI.

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist with the strategic growth of the Ramaker brand and its presence in various market sectors. They will assist with the development and design of core Ramaker graphics, logos, collateral materials, blog posts, and a variety of other creative tasks. Our ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to showcase and expand on their digital marketing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns for Ramaker and CIMS, including digital advertising, marketing communications, press releases, content marketing, email marketing, and social media
  • Support Ramaker content marketing strategies and develop engaging marketing content, including copy for blogs, emails, social media posts, and more, that aligns with each service group's strategic objectives
  • Support Ramaker and CIMS's social media strategies to increase the reach of each brand
  • Monitor, research, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adapt campaigns as necessary to optimize results
  • Work with marketing and BD teams to support the maintenance of Ramaker's CRM system
  • Work with Business Development staff to create presentations, company literature and other marketing materials for company.
  • Work with Marketing Communications Manager to schedule, coordinate and promote marketing events
  • Assist with the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements
  • Occasionally, attend tradeshows and conferences to assist with booth setup and coverage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Strength in oral and graphic presentation
  • Proficiency with MS office products, design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and applications (Wordpress, Web analytics, Google Ads etc.)
  • Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts and information effectively to a wide range of audiences and on a variety of platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent research skills including the ability to analyze information and make recommendations. Has a high initiative and passion for learning
  • Develop systems to keep the vast amount of Ramaker marketing material systematized and accessible to the entire staff
