Job Description
Receiving and Inventory Specialists are responsible for the execution of shipment processing, customer fulfillments, and inventory management. This position assists the store management team in sales objectives, customer service, daily operational processes and merchandise presentation to achieve store goals. This position supports that the business runs efficiently, provides clear direction to team members, and communicates all necessary business, team member, and customer updates to store management team as needed.
Responsibilities
Customer: Customer service; ensures customer remains the top priority, Customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for supportSkills and Knowledge
Detail oriented, Enthusiastic attitude, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailQualifications
Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
