Receiving and Inventory Specialists are responsible for the execution of shipment processing, customer fulfillments, and inventory management. This position assists the store management team in supervising the store team, sales objectives, customer service, daily operational processes and merchandise presentation to achieve store goals. This position supports that the business runs efficiently, provides clear direction to team members, and communicates all necessary business, team member, and customer updates to store management team as needed. This position is a development path to the Store Manager position.

  • End-to-end customer order process; lead and execute the on-line picking, packing and shipping the items in a timely, accurate and safe manner

  • Inventory control; shipping supplies, backstock replenishment
  • Outbound and inbound transfers
  • Maintains accuracy and productivity metrics
  • Inspects shipment for damages or defects records discrepancies
• Standards
  • Store presentation; meets rally house visual standards
  • Receives inbound shipments and accurately processes through receiving to floor placement within guidelines
  • Store cleanliness
  • Safety and security

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft and Excel

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Minimum 3 years of receiving and shipping experience
• Supervisory experience
• Minimum High School diploma/GED
• May be asked to lift and carry up to 40-50lbs
