What You Will Do:
Receiving and Inventory Specialists assist the Store Manager in sales objectives, customer service, daily operational processes and merchandise presentation to achieve store goals. Receiving and Inventory Specialist are in charge of the execution of shipment processing, customer fulfillments, and inventory management. Candidates must be customer focused, demonstrate time management skills and possess the ability to train others while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude, detail oriented and of course a sports fan.
Customer Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the customer remains the top priority by acknowledging customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner; promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support.
Communication: Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to store team, Store Manager, District Manager, Corporate Office and Store Associates
Accuracy: Ability to maintain accurate inventory through leading and following company processes.
Store Presentation: The ability to place product according to Rally House visual standards and maintain store cleanliness expectations
Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within the store. execute daily key holder opening/closing responsibilities such as cash handling and deposit entries.
Leadership: Ability to train, coach and drive the store team on the execution of the following operational processes:
· 1-2 years of total retail experience
· 2 years of experience in receiving / and or shipping
· Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
· Enthusiastic attitude
· May be asked to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
