Rally House is Hiring a HR Coordinator (Hybrid) Near Lenexa, KS

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and ensure all documents are up to date and accurate within our HRIS system
  • Demonstrate confidentiality as appropriate in relation to sensitive information and documentation
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Manage onboarding processes for all team members, including orientation
  • Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffingadministration functions as needed.
  • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as
    required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and
    Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Assist with candidate recruitment, sourcing, and scheduling
  • Participate in the coordination of engagement activities 

What You Bring To Rally House:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting or an appropriate combination of education and experience preferred
  • Minimum one year of applicable experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have computer proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems required
