PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is driven by growth and success of the credit union. This position will provide support for all administrative recruitment and onboarding-related activities within the human resources department. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for entry level positions. Talent Acquisition Coordinator will plan and implement company talent acquisition social media strategy. All activities must follow Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate. This person must understand, model, and represent NACCUs CUPRIDE value proposition.

Contacts:Frequent contact with all credit union staff, outside HR vendors, Managers and applicants.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Most important to this position is confidentiality, human relation skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively with others, be detail oriented and work independently. Incumbent must demonstrate proficient oral and written communications and time management skills. Must demonstrate considerable tact and diplomacy to build and maintain professional relationships with staff and outside HR vendors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements are minimal; however, position involves wrist/hand manipulation; frequent viewing of computer/PC monitor; ability to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop and reach overhead. Must have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
EQUIPMENT SKILLS
Personal computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook. Additionally, calculator, copy machine/fax machine and scanner. HRIS experience is preferred.
