Raleigh Hills Assisted Living Community is Hiring a RN Near Portland, OR

Bring your compassion and positive energy to enrich lives as a Memory Care RN for Raleigh Hills Assisted Living. As the RN you will be responsible for assisting with facility education for resident care providers and medication assistants, and accommodation of outside resources to assist the residents with their health service needs.

Qualifications:

- Must be qualified by the requirements set forth in the standard practice for Registered Nurses in the state of Oregon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- RN is responsible for the satisfactory performance of medication assistants in regard to nurse delegation.

- Responsible to instruct, train, mentor and teach all medication assistants and resident care providers in regard to nurse delegations and continuing education.

- Complete facility nursing assessment within 30 days of all new residents admits and review every 90 days thereafter.
