General Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical design and development of the integration between payment services and components
• Integration design in support of the selected software, service requirements and data management within the established budget ($,time)
• Lead the implementation of selected integration development and processes
• Establish procedures and recommended organization for operation and maintenance of resulting environment
• Consult with Cybersecurity and Information Security to maintain compliance with all requirements
• Consult on integration of value-added or micro services with the base payment capabilities
• Consult with business stakeholders to meet operational requirements

General Requirements:

• Deep understanding of payment systems and operations.
• International knowledge and experience in the above will be looked on favorably
• Knowledgeable in cloud-based application development.
• Proven history of successfully designing and developing large scale platform architecture preferably for a payment services company.
• Superior communication skills
• In-depth analysis skills
• Risk identification and management skills
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.
• 5 years of experience in cloud architecture design and delivery, preferably in financial services.
• 8 years of experience software development or related, preferably in cloud-based applications and payment system delivery.
• Broad experience understanding systems, especially with regards to design and delivery
• Familiarity with basic regulatory and network requirements applicable to financial processing entities.
• Experience delivering large projects and being accountable for timely deliverables.
• Experience leading and/or being a part of high-performing teams.
