We are looking for individuals who want to jump-start their careers in sales and join the Inside Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This position is a key role of the sales team as Raken continues to scale and grow to achieve the goal of being the industry-standard app for the construction field industry.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level sales role with the extremely important responsibility of qualifying and prospecting both inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the Sales Team. This is a great opportunity to join an incredible company and begin the path towards becoming an Account Executive in the SaaS industry at Raken.
You’ll assist in selling our market-leading technology while working closely with the sales team. To be successful, you’ll need a passion to succeed and grow, an extremely solid work ethic, a strong attention to detail, and the desire to be a true team-player as part of a dynamic team environment. Raken Sales is a high-performance environment with the expectation that each SDR will manage their business effectively and continually strive to achieve success. Consistency with activity, strategy, approach and attainment of daily and weekly activities combined with a positive, winning attitude, are keys to success in this role. This role can be fulfilled either in our Carlsbad, California office or remotely - local candidates are ideal.
