We are looking for someone with customer service and sales experience who is a friendly, energetic, professional and dependable individual to join our office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The duties include sales calls with clients over the phone, text message, chat and email. You will also be providing excellent customer support to our customers and our employees in the field. You will be regularly following up with leads and past customers to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, chats, etc.
• Make outbound sales calls
• Provide excellent sales / customer service
• Solve customer problems to satisfaction
• Provide support for staff in the field

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service / sales experience
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• House cleaning experience is a plus
