The Associate Sales Manager is an individual contributor role supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in the assigned region who are is 75% hunters and 25% farmers selling Radware’s products and services to enterprise accounts across verticals. This role is remote with some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline and develop revenue growth
- Develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external resources to drive new and mid funnel development
- Establish social media relationships with customers and prospects
- To create synergy between relationships
- Develop net new customers
- Target top 10 accounts per Rep
- FSI, SAAS, Gaming, eCom, etc.
- Define, execute, and manage outreach campaigns leveraging all internal and external resources
- Marketing, Digital (Inside) Sales rep, RSM, Sales Overlays, OEM Partners, and other external resources
Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experienced in approaching pipeline build with creative campaigns is required
- Experience with customer lead generation, lead nurturing and management experience is required
- Proficiency with social selling by using social media to connect with target customers is required
- Experience in sales prospecting to build a pipeline by using cold calling via phone, email and social networks
- 3 years direct sales experience with high tech enterprise sales (preferably a manufacturer of IT hardware or software products)
- Security Sales experience – hardware, software, xas of service (xaaS) is a plus
- High-end technical understanding of LAN and WAN firewalls, routers, switches and enterprise software products
- Independent, self-motivated, competitive, high powered and polished
