Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, Housekeeping Coordinator in the evenings, and Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor. Perform duties involving the housekeeping and custodial maintenance of Radiology Regional Center (RRC) facilities. Performs all housekeeping tasks with independent judgment, and attention to detail according to the cleaning schedule provided by RRC. Assumes all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• This person will perform cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as reception areas, lounges/kitchen, offices, restrooms, reading rooms, exam and patient treatment rooms, hallways and exterior entrances.
• This person will operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and occasionally, carpet cleaner or floor buffing machine as necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Sweeps, dusts, and mops floors and entrances, spot cleans and vacuums floors.
• Collects trash and debris from outside parking lot and perimeter areas.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes lavatories.
• Must be a self starter and take initiative to complete your responsibilities in a timely manner.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

•  1 year relevant experience, preferably in housekeeping or custodial capacity required
