POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Regional IT Support Manager who is responsible for the oversight of all IT Service Management disciplines and practices across a customer base. The Regional IT Support Manager oversees operation, monitoring, and improvement of all service management practices in the delivery of IT services to customers, physicians, and practice directors. Support the launch of the new consumer business by providing project management and process improvement expertise. The IT Service Manager provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing strong relationships with practice directors, clients and radiologists
- Provide regular analytical updates to all interested parties
- Administration of a localized practice database that presents IT data in a concise and easy to consume format
- Manage completion of all practice inquiries
- Create, develop, and deliver performance improvement plans
- Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with the client
- Measure and track their understanding of monthly strategic objectives
- Coordinate IT resources, onsite resources and support to complete identified project or process improvement
- Coordinate upgrades, change of equipment and onboarding new radiologist (access, training, and introduction to services)
- Escalation point for the market of any concerns, requests or work not being completed by IT in a timely manner
- Interfacing with the Innovation Team within Information Technology and various internal constituencies to bring leading edge technology solutions to bear for key clients
- Ensures that systems, solutions and processes are in place to meet the needs of internal and external clients.
- Serves as key client interface on behalf of IT at prospective client meetings, finalist meetings and ongoing account business reviews for existing accounts
- All duties as assigned in alignment with skills and expertise
- Hybrid Remote – Primarily home office based. Hands-on, onsite presence as necessary by practice in support of operational and project requirements. Potentially, up to 3 days weekly.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems or a related discipline preferred, five years or more of -solid, diverse work experience in IT, or the equivalent in education and work experience; Healthcare experience, particularly in radiology, is favored
- Possesses strong customer focus – proven ability to understand customer and stakeholder insights and develop strategies and IT solutions to meet these customer needs
- Strong Work Ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to easily identify areas that require improvement
- Impeccable communication and Interpersonal skills are necessary to ensure proper alignment with broader organization and enterprise strategies and to lead the team towards that alignment
- Direct experience in meeting with and customizing solutions at the client level is preferred. Include any systems requirements (e.g. Microsoft Suite)
- A fast learner that is adaptable to new technologies and applications
- Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate honesty and integrity in all endeavors
