Radiology Ltd., a 500- employee imaging organization, seeks a Full Time MR Technologist at our La Cholla site, located on the NorthWest side of Tucson Arizona. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday and may include some evenings or Saturdays as needed. Various shifts available (days). The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent imaging skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service - Ability to provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
• Provide excellent patient care in a timely manner, communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
• Responsible for performing precise, prompt and high quality MR examinations.
• Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware, enters and monitors patient data.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a technologist
• Superior communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, always putting the patient first
• Must be able to manage time in a productive manner within the guidelines of the department

Qualifications:

• The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology and have ARRT Advanced Registration and current Arizona State Licensure.
