Radio Systems Corporation is seeking a Media Production Manager for our Creative Services Marketing Team! The Media Production Manager oversees the conceptualization, planning, and creation of photo and video for all Radio Systems Corporation brands as well as managing the media production team. This role ensures that all media assets created tell impactful brand stories that connect with customers while driving the desired business results. The Media Production Manager helps realize our brand stories and bring them to life through proactive idea development and deployment in asset development. The role manages project timelines so that assets are delivered on time, move brand standards forward and are cost effective while delivering a high level of quality.

What you will do

• Manage in-house video and photography production teams; directly help team members develop including training, goals, growth and succession planning
• Develop strong, market leading visual stories that connect with our brands’ target customers by understanding the customer and their relationship with their pets
• Research best practices and trends in branded media and ensure team & strategyis is meeting and exceeding current business expectations 
• Formalize and maintain strategy & processes for all functions within media production and communicate within the organization to ensure understanding & alignment
• Develop test & learn plans for assets in tandem with cross functional areas to ensure asset effectiveness by channel
• Balance the media needs of the company with department resources to ensure team performance meets objectives
• Maintain brand video and photo guidelines for use in global markets while providing direction on these to ensure deliverables hit targets
• Report regularly on content and engagement metrics by working closely with Digital Marketing and other areas
• Maintain review & quality checks to ensure deliverables are meeting standards and business needs
• Qualify & manage contractors and agencies that help in the production of media assets 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in media production, marketing, design or related field preferred
• 5 years experience in customer facing asset development 
• 5 years leadership experience with direct reports
• Strong conceptualization and storytelling skills with proven ability to meet project deadlines 
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Self-directing with a strong work ethic; drive for results 
• Practical experience with media creation software a plus (various) 
• Ability to travel as needed
