About this position: The Customer Service Representative (CSR’s) will provide customers with the information and services they need to successfully promote and buy Radians products. CSR’s will work collaboratively with Inside Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Account Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Manufacturer’s Representatives to facilitate the sales process. The ideal person for this position will possess advance skills in Microsoft excel, spreadsheets, high volume inbound calls and customers service skills.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Monitor incoming calls and faxed of orders from customers.
  • Qualifying new or potential customers and status of current customer accounts.
  • Coordinate and process orders for delivery to customers: 
  1. Order entries
  2. Sales confirmation for Bellingham and Seattle location
  3. Warehouse Distribution
  • Maintain computer inventory and customer account files.
  • Answering customer calls, assisting and/or directing them.
  • Contact new and existing accounts as needed to confirm orders and delivery.
  • Product knowledge of our products and the competitive industry.
  • Help coordinate and maintain customer data files.
  • Participate in the sales process as well as the administrative requirements of answering calls, entering orders, providing pricing, order tracking and complaint resolution.
  • Communicate customer product requirements to Purchasing in a timely manner to minimize backorders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in a safety products environment preferred
  • Heavy customer service/data entry skills
  • Excellent phone call skills/etiquette with ability to answer a high volume of incoming calls a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be PC literate (MS Office, Excel) and have strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
