Radian Guaranty, Inc. seeks a Software Quality Assurance Analyst in Wayne, PA to support and maintain development on projects and programs related to business requested enhancements to our external facing web application by planning and executing test scenarios that support the requested enhancements. Utilize Agile and Waterfall models to deliver business requested enhancements to external facing web applications. Elaborate acceptance criteria for User Stories and Features, write test plans and defect reports, and execute tests as the development process progresses through the Sprints. Support the test cycle by documenting test cases and leading the business through test execution. Assist with the planning of quality assurance task assignments, scheduling, and estimates. Develop and carry out software test strategies and quality assurance practices for software that delivers access to the company’s Mortgage Insurance Rate Quotes using Rally, Jira, Soap UI, and SQL. Manage and track test deliverables in Jira. Describe the scope, timelines, tools, and techniques for testing business requirements. Define different levels of testing (SIT, UAT, Automation, and Production) and evaluate the need for construction of testing environments for pre-production and production verification. Perform End to End testing of applications for various business flows. Test Execution Reporting and tracking of defects. Perform business demos on functionalities delivered in each sprint. Automate Regression Test scenarios and maintain the automation suite. Perform API and web service testing utilizing SOAP UI to check integrations between applications. Develop, support, test, and maintain external facing websites. Perform database testing, integration, stubs, automation, internal and external intake channels, and administration utilizing Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Salesforce, Customer Portal and Mobile App functionalities to improve business efficiency. Utilize HP Quality Center and Jira to track requirements, defects, test plans, and for time tracking purposes. Test DB components of applications utilizing Microsoft SQL. Utilize Salesforce for functional and integration testing. Automate regression suites utilizing Selenium. Run and maintain automation suites utilizing Git Hub. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field plus 4 years of experience performing API and web service testing utilizing SOAP UI to check integrations between applications. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience developing, supporting, testing, and maintaining external facing websites. Experience must include 4 years of experience performing database testing, integration, stubs, automation, internal and external intake channels, and administration utilizing Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Salesforce, Customer Portal and Mobile App functionalities to improve business efficiency; utilizing HP Quality Center and Jira to track requirements, defects, test plans, and for time tracking purposes; utilizing Agile and Waterfall SDLC to deliver business requested enhancements to external facing web applications. 3 years of experience testing DB components of applications utilizing Microsoft SQL; utilizing Salesforce for functional and integration testing; automating regression suites utilizing Selenium; and running and maintaining automation suites utilizing Git Hub.
