Radiac Abrasives, Inc. is Hiring a CRM Manager Near Oswego, IL

Radiac Abrasives, a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and superabrasive grinding wheels is looking for a CRM Business Manager to manage and drive the Business Development/Opportunity Funnel, utilizing the CRM platform. This is in alignment with the Commercial Sales, Customer Service, R&D, and Operations. They will intuitively connect with and deeply understand our market drivers, buyers, sales cycles as well as optimize our sales process, implement and manage automation tools, manage CRM data and create a best in class sales operations engine. This position is based in Oswego IL and moving to Naperville, IL. by the end of the year.

For more than 100 years, Radiac has delivered industry leading technology and quality products and service to the metal finishing industry. Radiac is a TYROLIT Company that is owned by the Swarovski Group which is headquartered in Schwaz, Austria.

This Position will:

  • Utilize CRM data to assist with sales and marketing efforts to accelerate opportunities through to business development wins.
  • Work closely with Tyrolit, Global IT, to develop and manage the CRM functionality
  • Use data from the CRM to develop reports, dashboards, and provide guidance on how to maximize funnel efforts and accelerate opportunities through to business development wins
  • Drive onboarding and orientation experience for each sales leader, setting them up for success from day one. This includes optimizing a practical sales playbook, effective training on policies/procedures and introduction to sales automation tools/CRM
  • Manage Trials Data within C4C in alignment with Customer Service, Operations & Trials Lead
  • Collaborate with Mass Market Channel Manager to develop CRM functionality specific to Inside Sales and Distribution
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer Business Development Funnel across multiple BUs, Channels and Customers and provide continued guidance based on the analytical data trends
  • Assist with project management and development of CRM capabilities roadmap, implementation of new CRM technology, and the automation of system and list processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all things HubSpot, whether it's within technical strategy, implementation, execution, and troubleshooting
  • Owning the management, implementation, and optimization of CRM and Hubspot to improve operations and overall business performance.
  • Creating and managing profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users.
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on the performance of sales, account management, and marketing team campaigns and workflows.
  • Working closely with the management and marketing teams to review, recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures within HubSpot.
  • Developing, testing, and executing sales and marketing campaign automation
  • Consult on and implement advanced marketing ops topics (e.g. attribution, lead scoring, and inbound/outbound approaches, etc.), sales ops topics (e.g. sales enablement, sales org structures, and sales process optimization, etc.), tech stack topics, and service ops topics (e.g. client onboarding, customer support, service org structures, and service process optimization)
  • Managing the optimization of our HubSpot instance, including platform integrations, workflow development & management, templates, and troubleshooting
  • Responsible day-to-day CRM administration including data entry, data cleansing, user support and training for new and existing users.
  • Regularly align with VP of Sales & Marketing on KPIs and analysis, specifically related to the Trials Process.
  • Monitor and support the collection and management of all customer-related data employing data governance methodologies to ensure cleanliness of database and its appropriate use
  • Serve as an effective liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams ensuring the voice of sales and sales needs are supported.
  • Identify CRM skill gaps and train accordingly
  • Document, maintain, and support workflows, views, and reports inside CRM.

To qualify you must possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and strong computer literacy.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop sales goals and evaluate results 
  • Good at problem-solving and communication
  • Strong writing skills
