RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The HR Systems Administrator provides administrative support to the HR Systems team through necessary project scheduling and documentation. This individual can also serve as a systems administrator and main point of contact for end users of the Time Tracking System. This individual will serve as tier one support to end users for system-related issues such as answering basic HR Systems-related questions, monitor and resolving employee self-service issue tracker, etc. Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to HRIS projects through necessary project scheduling and documentation. Serves as a systems administrator and main point of contact for end users of the Time Tracking System. Responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and maintaining the end-user experience. Runs and distributes basic requests for standard ad-hoc reports: Holds responsibility for the integrity, security, and confidentiality of HR data. Assist with routine HR data audits. Accepts and documents internal system report requests. Assists with day-to-day project tasks as needed. Ensures all appropriate HRIS’ operational processes are sufficiently supported. Serves as frontline support to HR System users for system-related issues such as answering basic HR Systems-related questions, monitoring and resolving employee self-service issue tracker, etc. Qualifications: Experience using MS Office, specifically excel preferred Analytical ability to evaluate complex systems 1-3 years experience with Human Resources or administrative concepts and practices preferred
