About the Job

R&R is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to assist the project team under the direction and guidance of Survey Project Managers. Responsibilities will include creating construction staking point files; the completion of plats for As-built, Boundary, Title, Topographic Surveys; as well as the creation of digital terrain models for in-house engineering and external clients.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans for generating field layout data
• Prepare As-built, Boundary and Topographic Surveys Plats
• Search legal and survey records and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries and areas to be surveyed
• Perform earthwork volume calculations
• Self-motivated and organized with good decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Must have experience working within a Land Surveying profession. 
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have the ability to work independently on assigned project
• Must be able to integrate skills into a team environment
• Excellent communication skill is a must
• Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD

Job type: Full-time

Pay: $25 -$35 per hour
