R.J. O’Neil is searching for an Outside Sales Representative that is expected to sell HVAC maintenance agreements while providing excellent customer service to existing customers in their territory. This individual is expected to meet performance standards and sales quotas set by the immediate supervisor. Sales leads are generated by cold calling, networking, building relationships, and other typical forms of new business development.

Minimum two years of experience with mechanical systems and/or field experience in HVAC systems (preferred)
Minimum one year outside sales and customer service experience
