The Sales manager is responsible for building and managing a dynamic performance driven team that believes in building lifelong relationships through providing unmatched service while exceeding company targets. Serving as a leader, motivator, and sales driver, the Sales Manager inspires their team personal and professional growth.

What you will do:

* Establish the vision, a growth-minded strategy, and clear direction - A collaboration with senior sales and business leaders. Develop and implement a cohesive sales plan and growth minded culture.

* Lead, manage and hold accountable team of inside and outside sales representatives to drive revenue through prospecting and consultative selling over the phone and in-person.

* Achieve Business Objectives based on the division sales strategy, set business objectives and sales targets, and prioritize resources to ensure success.

* Drive our growth through research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with the organizations long range and strategic plans.

* Evaluate and execute geographic expansion opportunities and new customer acquisition.

* Work cross functionally with Category Managers to evaluate new products and suppliers, expand current offerings, and expand share of wallet with existing customers.

* Conduct opportunity reviews, territory/account planning, customer engagement planning, and checkpoints throughout the sales lifecycle. Lead sales budgets, forecasts, pipeline development, and goal achievement.

* Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers internally and externally.

* Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics, product performance, and customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts; assess key competitors programs.

Requirements As a Sales Manager you have a demonstrated track record of leading a team to execute against sales and profit targets for 3 years.

You are top performer with 8 years of success selling business to business.

You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

You build relationships with people of all levels and maintain a team driven mentality.

You have a passion for the outdoor lifestyle.
