We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative like you, who quickly builds rapport and has a strong work ethic. As our Commercial Lines account manager, you will be building relationships with current and new clients, and using your Commercial Insurance expertise to guide them through the insurance decision making process.

Responsibilities

• Quote new policies and issue Certificates of Insurance.
• Build rapport and create strong relationships with clients.
• Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to assure satisfaction.
• Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client notes and documentation.
• Review & Process policy renewals, remarket policies if needed.
• Issuing binders, evidence of insurance, invoices, and agency billed renewals.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License required.
• 3 years Commercial Insurance Customer Service experience required, Independent Agency experience preferred.?
• Intermediate proficiency of technology, including AMS 360 or similar Agency Management System.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, via telephone, email, and face to face.?
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self motivated, Can effecitvely work independently.
• Well organized and strong time management skills.
• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.?
