Qure4u is Hiring a Remote Enterprise Sales Executive (Digital Health)

As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in the enterprise sales process and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for enterprise sales of Qure4u’s comprehensive virtual care platform. In this role you will develop and expand executive level relationships with VP and C-level healthcare provider executives in both hospitals and health systems, as well as large physician practices to successfully sell and deliver our mobile, cloud-based, SaaS virtual care and digital health platform. This is a fully remote role.

  • You have experience leading a net-new enterprise sales process and working with C-level executives and physicians.
  • You have proven experience selling SaaS-based healthcare solutions into groups of 100 providers across the Western Region of the US.
  • You have a hunter’s mentality and love to win!
  • You enjoy coordinating and executing sales strategy with a team approach, but understand you are directly responsible for meeting a quota of $1M .
  • You have experience in the digital patient engagement space and can articulate the evolution of consumerism in healthcare.
  • You are passionate about healthcare!

What you will be doing …

  • Cultivate relationships with large healthcare practices, FQHCs, MSOs, ACOs
  • Proactively identify target market profile (TMP) prospects and follow proper selling methodologies to uncover current challenges and articulate the ROI and value proposition of leveraging our platform and services to overcome identified challenges
  • Provide industry and market expertise
  • Leverage your own personal network to fill your sales pipeline and contribute to the overall growth
  • Manage sales and develop pipeline in HubSpot through accurate forecasting, account strategy, and planning
  • Develop platform proposals, agreements and encompass excellent negotiation skills to see deals to closure
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and skills you will bring …

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years’ experience in healthcare related software sales and a consistent track record closing deals upwards of $500,000 in Actual Agreement Value (first year subscription total)
  • Must have a proven track record of quota achievement 3 out of the previous 5 years
  • Experience working with well-known industry EHR systems specifically around integration (Athena, Epic, Cerner, ECW, NextGen)
  • Previous experience selling SaaS products
  • Previous experience working in a high growth technology industry
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to include communication, conflict management and complex contract negotiation
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
