SUMMARY

This role is responsible for Training Department administration and supporting student/trainee recruitment & related programs. Training Department Administration includes, but is not limited to, Learning Management System (Convergence) maintenance, recordkeeping & reporting, purchasing, scheduling, and serving as a department liaison to both students/trainees and managers. 

The Training Administrator will play a central role in attracting and recruiting candidates to Quinn training programs. These duties will including, but are not limited to, job posting, screening & referring of candidates to managers, recruitment events, and logistics. 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Training Administration

o LMS System (Convergence) and record maintenance

o National Training Center (NTC) recordkeeping and administration

o Internal and third party reporting

o Prerequisite verification, class enrollment and completion tracking for internal and external students/trainees 

o Purchasing 

Student Programs

o Entrance exam administration, Open House logistics, orientation, and class registration

o Serve as student/employee liaison

o Track academic progress, request scheduled pay increases for students/employees, off site housing & books (vendor management), and related student/employee needs

Student/Trainee Recruitment

o Assists with recruitment strategies to achieve staffing goals

o Job postings, candidate screening and referral to hiring managers

o Recruitment recordkeeping

o Job fairs & logistics

Wages

$20.25-$25.11

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

2-4 years related experience in Training Administration or Recruitment. 1-2 years of Learning Management System experience required.
