Overview

Purchases and sells parts for Cat earthmoving equipment and engines. 

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Utilize SIS 2.0 plus other non-Cat manuals to ascertain type and specification of parts. 
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and vendors to order and expedite the delivery of parts through telephone calls or sending emails to ensure quality customer service.
• Capable of professional greeting, understanding customer's needs, process orders accurately and deliver appropriate customer follow-up
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and have basic math skills
• Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.

Wages

20.25-25.11

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related parts counter experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
