Quicker Logistics is Hiring an Operations Coordinator Near West Chester, OH

Quicker Logistics is offering an opportunity for a full-time, on-site Intermodal Operations Coordinator.

In this operationally focused role, you will oversee tracking, planning all incoming customer orders, notifying all applicable parties with arrival updates, scheduling and planning all intermodal deliveries.

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Prioritize customer scheduling and delivery planning according to urgency and importance.
  • Create and organize physical/digital copies of customer data.
  • Provide dispatch with updated information.
  • Order entry.
  • Equipment tracking in port and rail systems.
  • Accuracy with entering customer charges.
  • Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Aid with general customer support and inquiries.
  • Aid with other office duties as needed.

Qualifications & Interpersonal Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the commercial/intermodal industry, as well as Cincinnati railroads.
  • Knowledge of intermodal drayage operations, including load planning and customer scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Customer service-oriented

  • Computer skills


· Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

· Benefits package includes health insurance, health savings account, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
