Position Overview:

We are actively searching for an Inside Salesperson for our Denver location. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on customer support and technical product promotion.

Starting salary is $45K-$55K, depending on experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• First point of contact and support for customers that call in or come into the office. Strong communication skills are required.
• Establish customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Develop strong product knowledge.
• Work up pricing for quotes and orders.
• Order entry into Acumatica accounting system and create paperwork for deliveries or loading will call customers.
• Help in monitoring inventory levels.
• Supporting the outside sales team.

Qualifications for the successful candidate include the following:

• Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
• Strong communication skills both on the phone and by email
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Use of Microsoft programs- Excel, Word, Access, Publisher
• Use of accounting system for quoting, order entry, and CRM component.
