Questline Digital's Growth Marketing Manager is the critical connector between our marketing and sales initiatives. This person identifies, creates and maintains marketing collateral around client solutions and ensures that our marketing efforts align with the goals of the Business Development and Account Management teams. This person is a primary user of Questline Digital's marketing automation platform and is responsible for creating and managing lead generation and conversion campaigns, nurture campaigns and product marketing campaigns. We are seeking an ambitious marketer with optimization instincts and an analytical mindset to drive growth, engagement and conversion of new clients.

Preferred candidates will live in the Columbus area and be able to work a hybrid schedule that combines working remotely with in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

• Govern the process for generating and managing marketing lists and lead scoring via Salesforce and Pardot. 
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and other automated marketing journeys via Pardot. 
• Manage sales enablement strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling prospecting campaigns and implement account-based marketing tactics.
• Identify, research and write sales and marketing collateral, such as case studies, sales sheets, pitch decks, social posts and emails.
• Create, manage and experiment with new campaigns, channels and tactics to attract prospects, optimize conversions and grow revenue.

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing tactics, including list management, segmentation and lead nurturing techniques.
• Salesforce CRM and/or Pardot experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to network and develop relationships among industry contacts.
• 4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, sales or advertising. 
• Energy utility experience is a plus.
