Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As the Accounts Receivable Processor, the ideal candidate will ensure that incoming funds are processed to our client’s accounts in a timely manner while minimizing errors. For our clients to have the ability to fund investments, the Accounts Receivable Processor must be prepared to process all incoming funds. The Accounts Receivable Processor ensures that batches and reports are balanced before posting. The Accounts Receivable Processor will work closely with our Accounts Receivable Specialists to learn and grow in the role, while regularly meeting with their manager/supervisor.

• Process checks, wires, and ACHs received by creating transactions in Salesforce and ensuring these transactions are posted in TNET
• Balance Boomi(es) in an Excel file of all transactions entered into our Salesforce system
• Review Boomi(es) to ensure total of the data entered matches what will be posted in TNET
• Generate statements in TNET as request by clients and other departments
• Receive checks delivered by the Logistics team and separate and back up checks
• Scan all checks in C21 and ensure the back-up is scanned and saved
• Create correction tasks when an error is found in Salesforce
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma is required
• College Degree is preferred
• A minimum of 6 months of directly job-related experience recommended

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of debits and credits
• Some accounting knowledge is preferred
• Teller experience preferred
• Previous experience in another financial institution preferred
• Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to grow and accept new challenges
• Must be adaptable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
