Provides excellent customer service by preparing and serving menu items. Creates the "WOW" experience for guests of Quest.

Accounting Clerk:

 * Classify, record and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.

* Manage all catering billing; including invoice requests, generation, and invoice distribution.

* Reconcile catering and charge sales in QuickBooks and Open Path.

* Apply all company cash receipts, including charge sales for catering in AR ledger and Acumatica.

* Maintain customer files for Accounts Receivable such as billing & payment history.

Accounting Clerk Requirements: 

* 3 - 5 years’ experience in an office environment, including billing or payables duties.

* Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

* Knowledge of various Accounting POS systems
