If you are seeking a new opportunity, with a clear career path, come join a team that is committed to, “Quality first, people and safety always”.This position is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting on internal Human Resources trends and providing relevant analysis. Primary Responsibilities: • Compile and analyze data for trends on recruitment and hiring practices, compensation, employee performance, turnover, and engagement • Translate data and analytics into visually appealing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for business leaders• Implement and monitor relevant HR metrics to measure the efficiency of the department • Compile recruiting data, manage the weekly scorecard, and analyze individual and team efficiencies on an ongoing basis• Compile and analyze compensation and benefit benchmarking• Complete compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEOC and ACA• Conduct payroll and tax related research and audits• Assist with the implementation and rollout of HR systems and software• Troubleshoot HRIS issues as they arise• Fulfill ad hoc report requests• Other duties as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a relevant field from a four-year college or university Experience: • Four years’ experience in a Human Resources, analyst, and/or other relevant role• Proficiency with and/or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS system Technical Skills:• Intermediate to advanced computer and Microsoft Office proficiency • Proficiency with and/or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS system and other relevant software Soft Skills:• Highly organized and detail orientated • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Physical Requirements: • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements• Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day• Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours#ZREmployee Benefits:QualTek takes pride in providing a comprehensive employee benefits program that meets employee needs and ensures a level of security and protection.
