If you are seeking a new opportunity, with a clear career path, come join a team that is committed to, “Quality first, people and safety always”.This position is responsible for determining the resources needed to meet project requirements and schedules and to support crew foremen on the day to day activities for all assigned construction projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Participate in pre-construction site walks with foremen· Secure permits and equipment needed for the project build· Monitor receipt of materials on site for all construction projects· Coordinate third party vendor activities for job sites· Ensure site is constructed following site specifications and within Company and industry standards· Identify training needs for technicians· Complete and submit required documentation, including network time protocols, daily job safety analyses and close out packages · Serve as acting foreman to run projects as needed· Other duties as assignedQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.Education: · High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education Experience: · Five years wireless telecommunications experience · Three years’ wireless foreman experience · Must have or obtain and maintain OSHA 10 construction training card · Must have or obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification· Must have or obtain and maintain RF Radiation Safety & Awareness certification· Knowledge of knots and tower rigging Technical Skills:· Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency· Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and radio frequency data sheets· Ability to operate power tools and hand tools· Ability to perform fiber and sweep testing· Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment· Ability to troubleshoot and correct mechanical or electrical connections· DC/AC electrical skills Soft Skills:· Highly organized and detail oriented · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines · Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams· Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems · Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and safety procedures Physical Requirements: · Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing· Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements· Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift up to 75 lbs.· Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels· Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather· May be required to work long and unpredictable hours · Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including short notice travel.
