Quality labor Management ~QLM~ is Hiring a Branch Manager Near Arlington, TX

Join QLM as a Branch Manager!!! (Construction Staffing-Skilled Trades) join our team in Arlington, TX. We are a national skilled staffing company looking for an individual with proven and verified staffing experience in the Commercial and/or Industrial Construction Industry. This is a full-time, salary position with the opportunity to earn a great Commission Package. On-target earnings: $300,000. The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations in their branch, along with the overall goal to drive revenue & sales. Our ideal candidate will be success driven and self-motivated.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Travel to multiple jobsites to sell and service both new and existing customers/contractors
  • Accountability for site visits and completion of Job Site Analysis (JSA) to manage the job site risk and safety
  • Identify additional staffing needs and opportunities by conducting service calls and follow up with existing customers
  • Responsible for profit and loss of branch
  • Oversee the weekly payroll process for all current team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Responsible for dealing with client and employee relations and resolutions as they arise.
  • Finding the best talent for various construction projects using effective recruiting techniques in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates using phone, email, text, utilizing existing database, and social media communication
  • Create and manage job postings (i.e., post job ads on various sites such as zip recruiter, indeed, craigslist, linked in, etc. to find the best talent)
  • Consults with customers regarding business needs
  • Manage proposals and contracts

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven & verified experience in staffing management/sales positions
  • 3 years experience in the construction industry
  • Trade specific knowledge specializing in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall, welding, HVAC, concrete, and carpentry fields
  • Familiarity with recruiting using social media and other online platforms including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, Craigslist, and Simply Hired
  • First-rate interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with candidates/employees.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive employee relationships
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching

Benefits & Compensations:

  • PTO: Accrual begins on date of hire, and eligible to use after 90-day probation period. Averages 10 PTO days per year during first year. PTO accrual rate increases with years of employment.
  • Base Salary: $55,000
  • Commission: Monthly.
  • Benefits: Eligible for group benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Health benefits, Ancillary benefits through Guardian include Dental/Vision/Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability/Life Insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
