Quadrint, Inc. is Hiring a Tableau Developer Near McLean, VA
Quadrint is seeking a Tableau Developer in the McLean, VA area.A qualified candidate will apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core/business products. Strong passion for analyzing data and translating those into recommendations will be critical when working with various teams across the organization. Security Clearance Requirement:Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.Required Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree.
- 1 year of experience with using Tableau Creator to aggregate and analyze performance measure data collected from various sources.
- 1 years of experience with Tableau Prep and Tableau Server.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including dashboard development, data mining, data cleansing, modeling, metrics analysis, performance measures, and research.
- Experience in identification, research, and resolving discrepancies in analytical procedures or cross-functional methods.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office program suite.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate organizational performance clearly based upon information from disparate sources through oral and written communication formats.
- Ability to communicate information to senior executives for decision making purposes.
- Tableau Certification.
- Experience with SQL.
- Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of overall IC agency processes and policies.
