QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team providing care to Reynolds and Reynolds employees and dependents located in Kettering, OH. 

Schedule: 40 hours a week; Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. No call, weekends or holidays! 

Job Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
• At least three years primary care practice experience required
• Experience with pediatric patients
• Phlebotomy experience, may be required at times
