QGenda is Hiring a Field Marketing Manager Near Atlanta, GA

 Role Summary:

QGenda is searching for a Field Markwwho can develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire and nurture leads through the funnel to meet and exceed our growth goals. A successful candidate will have experience in growth and customer acquisition marketing, preferably at a B2B Healthcare SaaS company. You should be both creative and analytical. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to acquire and nurture leads that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent across Online and Offline channels, including email, digital, webinars, direct mail, and events.
  2. Manage strategy, development and execution of campaigns and events to drive lead, pipeline and hit booking targets.
  3. Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
  4. Orchestrate Account Based Marketing Programs to successfully penetrate Target Accounts
  5. Working with product marketing develop and/or source high-value content offers and calls to action aligned to buyers’ stage-specific information needs (white papers, e-books, analyst reports, interactive tools, case studies, Webinars, videos and more) for use in programs and campaigns across a broad range of vehicles and channels.
  6. Manage budgets, schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent campaigns.
  7. Define demand waterfall targets, pipeline contribution, budgets and campaign metrics. Continually monitor and measure campaigns to improve results, ROI and achieve lead goals.
  8. Collaborate with design and digital teams for the development of different elements required by the campaigns including production of imagery, design, and build of emails, landing pages, banners, and other creative materials.
  9. Collaborate with product marketing to develop messaging aligned to target audience for key campaign assets including content, outbound emails, nurtures, social media posts, etc.
  10. Working with Marketing Operations, develop and manage numerous automated email flows, sending targeted emails, including drips and nurtures, and analyzing email performance data to determine success and areas for optimization

Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 

  • Experience in software/high tech industries and healthcare vertical. 
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools (ie: Marketo & Terminus)
  • Experience with the Sirius Decision demand waterfall approach and inbound marketing best practices
  • Ability to add value to the creative process, and bring ideas through to completion
  • Ability to work in a team environment with Sales, Business Development, and Product Marketing
  • Strong verbal, written and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities

Education/Professional Certifications or Licenses Required: 

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent industry experience
  • 10 years of marketing experience relating to the above responsibilities

Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements: 

• Computer-based work environment.

• Sitting and standing for extended periods Lifting of 5 - 10 pounds.
