Puzzle Pieces is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Part Time Near Quincy, MA

What’s our story at Puzzle Pieces LLC? We love that question!
We’re a close-knit, family-centered team of mental health clinicians, speech & language pathologists and occupational therapists who thrive on delivering a tailored plan of support for children and their families. Puzzle Pieces is OWNED and OPERATED by clinicians who UNDERSTAND the particular challenges and rewards of working in a HELPING profession. Our clients are aged birth through twelve and our assistance spans across a wide range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs.
Many of our clients stay with us for years, as a result our clinicians maintain a consistent, full schedule. We have a waitlist of families who want to join us and in order to serve them we need to add clinicians to our team.
Everyday, we bring our CREATIVITY, PASSION and ENTHUSIASM to the table, creating a warm, nurturing and positive environment that not only our clients can thrive in, but also where our clinicians can achieve their full potential. Our practice embraces individual differences, we don’t check boxes, we don’t think inside of boxes. We work together to craft solutions that fit our clients and no two strategies need to be the same.
Are you the missing Piece to our Puzzle?
We’re looking for that perfect fitting Puzzle Piece, another SUPERSTAR speech therapist who is confident in their clinical skills with children AND can work collaboratively with parents, providing the UNIQUE, wrap around, support they will NOT find anywhere except Puzzle Pieces. A clinician who is not afraid to pour their ENERGY into their interventions, putting the most current standards of care and treatment to use while also building warm and genuine relationships with the families we serve. Puzzle Pieces clinicians are also excellent problem-solvers, able to think on their feet and be FLEXIBLE to the needs of our families. It’s important our clinicians are independent but we are looking for an open, LIFE-LONG LEARNER who values reflection and growth in their own practice. We believe the collaboration of our clinicians is the “secret sauce” to our culture at Puzzle Pieces and we’d want you to bring your distinctive spices!
What we provide:
We said we’re a close-knit team and we meant it. Here at Puzzle Pieces we make it a priority to invest in our clinicians, offering a full range of benefits and continuing education opportunities:
  • Dedicated supervision and mentorship.
  • Medical, Dental, & Life Insurance for full time employees.
  • Competitive pay.
  • Paid time off.
  • Continuing Education Assistance.
  • Flexible Schedule and the opportunity to adapt schedules around the therapist’s personal and family commitments. We believe that ‘family comes first’ and we have developed our business model around this value.
We are currently looking for Speech and Language Pathologists with Friday and/or Saturday availability for a part time position.
If you have these qualities, and share our values, please contact us for a conversation about our open part-time or full-time positions. We are excited to meet you!
