The Role:

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and ensure completion of Talent Acquisition activities to assist the department with improving talent acquisition metrics and attracting the best of the best to the Puttshack brand.

Location: Home Office in Chicago

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

What you'll do:

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post positions in ATS
  • Responsible for administrative tasks to ensure associates have completed necessary employment paperwork and submits background check requests
  • Assist new hires with system lock out and navigation
  • Assist with scheduling and greeting home office interview candidates
  • Set up new managers access / dashboard view in ATS platform
  • Create job sponsoring / boost campaigns and receive final approve from TA Manager
  • Make updates to job description templates in ATS
  • Send out and compile onboarding experience data
  • Champion the home office new hire buddy program
  • Occasional support of hourly recruitment for existing venues
  • Conducts home office tour and orientation of new associates as needed

Who you are:

  • A motivated individual who embraces providing the best candidate experience
  • Someone who has strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Desire to grow within talent acquisition
  • Creative with a high level of attention to detail.

What you will need:

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a human resource's department
  • Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, laws, policies, and procedures.
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word/Office experience
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment and moves with a constant sense of urgency.
